Under the streets decorated for the holidays – hi-line today

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Haven Under the Streets and the Frank DeRosa Railroad Museum are decorated for the holiday season and open to the public.

Beneath the Streets office manager Christy Owens said until the end of 2021 walking tours are offered at a $ 5 discount off the regular ticket price.

“Tours last about 45 minutes to an hour. It gives you a chance to look at the things that are out there. It’s a little different from our regular visits – we decorated it for the holidays.

Owens says they continue to fundraise for the sidewalk rehabilitation project at the end of the tour and provide disabled accessibility for the historic underground museum.

“We hope to host in the spring – look out for a fundraising event that we hope to host again with the Eagle’s Club. So now that things are improving a bit, we hope to have that in the spring as well. “

Museums are open for their winter hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. They will be closed at Christmas.

Entrance to the railway museum is free.
