This 50-acre equestrian property outside of Fort Worth has a view from every room

Are you looking for wide open spaces, a place for your horse to roam, and a luxurious, modern home? You’re sure to find it at this 50.7-acre property in Crowley, just half an hour southwest of Fort Worth.

The property comprises a 6,987 square foot main house, a barn with tack room, horse boxes, a one bedroom apartment and a second barn for storage. Plus, when you’re ready to snag your saddle for the day, you can cool off in the pool.

The main house was designed by David Stocker of Dallas-based SHM Architects, co-listing agent Jim Brosche said. He said one of the best features of the house is that you have a view of the property from every room.

“The layout and location of the house is designed to take advantage of views and sight lines,” he said.

The house was built in 2018 and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two powder rooms. Brosche said the home’s design is a “modern hill country interpretation of a Texas ranch house.” You can see the modern elements in the clean lines, high ceilings and large windows, which are paired with natural elements like the stone exterior.

The home’s formal dining room has a luxurious feel with a coffered ceiling and large windows. The kitchen has a large marble island in the center, plenty of cabinetry, two sinks and two dishwashers, built-in double refrigerators, and a Wolf brand stove and oven, according to the listing. Next to the kitchen there is a butler’s pantry with a coffee bar, a work room and a laundry room. The family room is off the kitchen and is a large space with a vaulted ceiling, a breakfast bar and a fireplace.

The master suite occupies its own wing and the bedroom has a fireplace and large windows. The master bathroom has two sinks, a separate tub and shower, and a toilet, according to the floor plan.

Outside, the house has a covered terrace, a swimming pool and a spa.

The barn on the property has seven stalls, a tack room and a one bedroom guest apartment with a kitchen and lounge.
