Theory Design, SWFL’s fastest growing high-end interior design firm, has been tapped to completely renovate and design the interior of one of Naples’ most prestigious addresses. The Regent at Park Shore is arguably the most luxurious beachfront condominium in Naples. Located directly at the end of Park Shore Drive, its proximity to the Venetian Village is one of the closest. This allows easy access to Naples’ fabulous shopping and fine dining.

Currently under contract, unit 4N is accessible by private elevator and spans 7760 square feet under air. An additional 1100 square feet of open-air space on multiple terraces provides spaces from which to take in the picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico and Venetian Bay. The floor plan includes 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with floor to ceiling windows. The full renovation will be executed by Mike Vitte Construction, with an expected completion date of October 2023.

The master designer of this major multi-stage renovation is Ruta Menaghlazi, visionary leader of Theory Design and Vice President of Design. Howard Finkelstein, senior interior designer at Theory Design, works closely with Menaghlazi. Finkelstein says, “We plan to move the walls and demolish the interior down to the studs to create a whole new canvas for a more modernized and streamlined home with luxurious finishes, quality details, state-of-the-art amenities. , and stylish furnishings throughout. I am delighted to be able to work alongside Ruta on this important project for Theory Design.
