Seagate Completes Panther Center Renovation

Seagate Development Group has completed the exterior renovation of the more than 35,600 square foot Panther Center.

Located at 14580 Global Parkway in Fort Myers, Panther Center is a five-unit warehouse, flexible space, and office space for well-known companies like Lamar Advertising.

As property and asset manager of the Panther Center, Seagate painted the exterior of the building, resealed and resealed the parking lot, and redesigned the landscaping, all to provide a better overall experience for everyone who works there and attract the passers-by.

“Dozens of people work at the Panther Center and thousands of people see it every day, so we owe it to our client to make this building all it can be and more,” said Matt Price, CEO and Partner. of Seagate Development Group. “The Panther Center looks brand new, and as a company changing the landscape of Southwest Florida, we’re proud to have taken on this project.”
