Danish kitchen supplier Kvik is preparing a new marketing plan to stimulate the expansion of its thirteen regions of operation. To support this project, Kvik joined agillic facilitate personalized communication and further enrich the customer experience.
The Danish company Kvik offers kitchens, bathrooms and cabinets in minimalist Danish design and at a minimal price. Although it already has stores in thirteen countries, Kvik is growing rapidly, with plans to open more than 100 additional stores by 2024. To increase the volume of these initiatives, Kvik has chosen Agillic with solution partner Gold NexusOne to provide the solution and support the setup and use of the platform.
Kvik works with a multitude of technology systems, from design programs to ERP, point of sale, and more. To manage data touchpoints between systems and translate it into meaningful communications, Kvik chose to integrate Agillic with customer data partner Tealium. The standard connector between Agillic and Tealium allows Kvik to create and execute highly personalized communication based on data from many disparate sources.
