Located on the Charles River, amidst industrial ports, former warehouses and established universities, the Hyatt Regency Cambridge hotel draws inspiration from the rich history that surrounds it. This is reflected in the recent refurbishment of public spaces.

The lobby is a warm and welcoming space, sophisticated but informal; it is a social hub designed to capture the spirit of vibrant campus life. The design takes inspiration from the traditional, scholarly atmosphere of nearby universities and combines this aesthetic with industrial details and eclectic furnishings to create a playful environment for students, business travelers and families.

The lobby features a modern cafe and market with plenty of seating options for every guest’s needs: from a space to play shuffleboard with friends to private booths to hook up and work.

Campbell House used warm materials inspired by local universities mixed with industrial elements from historic ports to create a beautiful, inviting juxtaposition.

The restaurant is designed like an American Tavern, referencing local history and creating a fun and trendy place for locals, students and travelers with stunning views of the Charles River.
