Related continues Tribeca takeover with 450 Washington

Related has kicked off sales at 450 Washington Street, a sprawling residential conversion in Tribeca that takes up a full city block. When complete, 450 Washington will feature 176 residences, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, and will offer stunning views of the Hudson River.

2151 Development Group has kicked off sales of Tal Aventura, a 26-story waterfront condo in a planned community about 20 miles north of Miami. Designed by Idea Architects, Tal Aventura is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2023.
