the cabins are envisioned as a “second home” for members who pay a monthly fee of 50,000 ($ 441). with this subscription, members can book and enjoy any cabin at any time. Whether you are looking for a remote workplace or just a bit of R&R, mini-houses are aimed at you as close as possible to nature.

the cabins are designed by architecture studio ADX with an angular shape resembling a mountain. the prefabricated structures are made from 100% Japanese wood and recycled concrete to reduce the environmental impact. the cabins are also designed to be easily dismantled and rebuilt elsewhere.

the compact space includes an open and comfortable living room, a wooden terrace where guests can enjoy their breakfast while admiring the view, a kitchen, a bathroom, a working area, a wood-burning stove and a screen. home theater. interiors are characterized by a sense of warmth and openness while the main glass elevation frames the views of the natural landscape outside.

SANU cabins are due to be erected in a total of six locations by the end of 2021, all of which can be reached from central tokyo in 1.5 to 3 hours. by summer 2022, the company aims to have 90 cabins on 10 sites.
